It doesn’t have to cost a fortune, and you can have it in the comfort of your own home. Yum. Takes 3 minutes
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 ½ tsp ground allspice
1 ½ tsp ground cloves
Mix the spices together in a small bowl. Smells great doesn’t it! Store in a lidded jar, and use as needed.
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
14 ounces heavy whipping cream, divided
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (or a milk substitute as needed)
Whisk 4 ounces cream, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat pumpkin mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until heated through and completely blended, 1 to 3 minutes.
Pour sweetened condensed milk, remaining 10 ounces cream, and pumpkin mixture into a container, cover the container with a lid, and shake until completely mixed. Store in the refrigerator to use when ready.
